Wybory rozpoczynają się w terenowych jednostkach Związku – Oddziałowych Organizacjach Związkowych (OOZ). Podczas tych wyborów będą wybierani na nową VIII kadencję 2023-2028 członkowie Zarządu oraz Komisji Rewizyjnej danej OOZ.

Procedura wyborcza zakończy się pod koniec października 2023 r. wyborem na powyższą kadencję – nowego Przewodniczącego Związku, członków Zarządu Głównego i Głównej Komisji Rewizyjnej ZZP ZUS.
