Dzięki wieloletnim staraniom naszej centrali związkowej – OPZZ od 01 stycznia 2022 r. można odliczyć (od dochodu przed opodatkowaniem) ulgę w podatku dochodowym od osób fizycznych z tytułu opłaconych składek członkowskich na rzecz ZZP ZUS.

W sytuacji, gdy składki na rzecz naszej organizacji potrącane są przez Zakład (naszego pracodawcę) z wynagrodzenia, podatnikowi (pracownikowi, będącemu członkiem) do udowodnienia wysokości poniesionych na ten cel wydatków wystarczy jedynie informacja płatnika (pracodawcy) zamieszczona w PIT-11.

PIT 11 za 2022 r. pracodawca wyśle nam drogą  elektroniczną w ustawowym terminie – najpóźniej do 28 lutego 2023 r. Wykazana w PIT-11 kwota składki na rzecz związku nie może być większa niż podlegająca odliczeniu w roku podatkowym, tj. 500 zł.

W sytuacji kiedy pracodawca nie potrąca składek członkowskich z wynagrodzenia, a członek związku opłaca składki indywidualnie do kasy związku lub na rachunek bankowy, wówczas w celu odliczenia składek członkowskich niezbędne jest posiadanie dowodów wpłat składek członkowskich na rzecz związku.

Dowód wpłaty musi zawierać co najmniej: dane identyfikujące członka związku dokonującego wpłaty, nazwę organizacji związkowej na rzecz której dokonano wpłaty, tytuł i datę wpłaty oraz kwotę wpłaconych składek.

W związku z powyższym prosimy, aby członkowie ZZP ZUS dokonujący rozliczenia pamiętali o przysługującym im prawie. Jak widać przynależność do związków zawodowych i konieczność opłacania z tego tytułu składek związkowych – w obecnym czasie nie obciąża budżetu domowego pracownika.
