24 kwietnia 2023 r. zostało podpisane porozumienie płacowe na mocy, którego pracownikom ZUS wzrosną wynagrodzenia zasadnicze.

Porozumienie gwarantuje uprawnionym pracownikom ZUS podwyżkę wynagrodzenia zasadniczego o kw. 500 zł. brutto. Choć mówienie o „podwyżce” w tej kwocie jest nieadekwatne do sytuacji, gdyż kwota jest wynikiem przewidzianego wzrostu funduszu wynagrodzeń o 7,8%, natomiast inflacja w samym marcu wyniosła 15,7%. Czyli to nawet nie jest „inflacyjna” podwyżka, która mogłaby niwelować negatywne skutki spadku wartości pieniądza.

Związek Zawodowy Pracowników ZUS nadal będzie walczył o podwyżki wynagrodzeń dla pracowników Zakładu, biorąc pod uwagę kolejne, dodatkowo nakładane zadania, które realizuje ZUS.
